Lassie Games Presents "What Makes You Tick: A Stitch in Time" — Fishing Game

What Makes You Tick: A Stitch in Time.

About

This fishing mini-game appears as a bonus activity within the full What Makes You Tick: A Stitch in Time graphic adventure game by Matthias Kempke and Greg MacWilliam. To play the original mini-game in context, play through to the end of Act 1.

The Origins

Conceived as a mechanism to advance the world clock of A Stitch in Time from day to night and night to day, the fishing game became a folksy addition seeped in the fishing traditions of Ravenhollow. The mini-game itself built upon a similar fishing game concept included in a youth engagement feature for the Peace Corps.

The Tournament

The original stand-alone fishing game maintained a tournament leaderboard. The star fishermen of Ravenhollow were comitted to the history books with their names and high scores published in the final player's handbook of What Makes You Tick: A Stitch in Time. We suspect the high scorer hacked our leaderboard, so the legit high score came in at 3650.
